John Vincent Garcia (Vince) is a dedicated professional in the field of Animal Agriculture, specializing in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. He has a profound interest in solving key challenges within the Philippine food systems through practical applications of advanced molecular biology and animal husbandry techniques.

He currently serves as a faculty member at the Institute of Animal Science, College of Agriculture and Food Science, where he has been teaching since 2019 and is handling courses in Animal Biotechnology, Biotechnology Laboratory Techniques, Animal Physiology and Anatomy, and introductory animal science courses.

Currently, he is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Philippine Society of Animal Science and the International Society of Southeast Asian Agricultural Landscapes, Phi Kappa Phi International Honor Society, Gamma Sigma Delta Honor Society, and the Sakura Science Club. He is also a licensed agriculturist and has served as a Licensure Examination for Agriculturist resource person and lecturer of Animal Science in various higher education institution across the country.
