Justin Paolo D. Interno is an Agriculturist II from the Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), under the Partnerships and Accreditation Division, who is a Filipino youth advocate for sustainable agriculture and youth involvement for agricultural development.

At the ATI, Mr. Interno serve as the National Focal person of the National Urban and Peri-urban Agriculture Program (NUPAP). The program focuses on the accreditation and establishment, development, and Monitoring and Evaluation of community-based urban agriculture gardens in the metropolitan areas. As part of his work, he co-formulate policies and co-implement training and extension interventions which will improve the competencies and productivity of the Filipino urban and peri-urban farmers. He is assigned to deliver subject matters on the fundamentals of urban gardening, edible landscaping, hydroponics, and agripreneurship to the youth, urban poor, health professionals, Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), Local Government Units, senior citizens, and other priority sectors for inclusive development. He was also designated as the focal person position at the ATI counterpart of the Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP), in collaboration with the various government institutions and Implementing Agencies.

Currently, he was also designated as the national focal person for the High Value Crops Development Program (HVCDP), focusing on the management of extension and training activities and advocacies under the banner program. During the pandemic, he also served as the Executive Director of Alyansa Para sa Nayon at Agrikultura, Hawak-kamay sa Kinabukasan ng Laguna (ANAHAW Laguna), a youth-led Civil Society Organization that aims to deliver data-driven and pressing advocacies and initiatives in ecological agriculture and environmentalism in Laguna, Philippines.
