DILG Reiterates RA 12215 Or The Philippine Agriculturists Act

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) urges all Local Government Units (LGUs) to comply with the provisions of RA 12215 or the Philippine Agriculturists Act.

Pursuant to the said law, Section 31 states that national government agencies, including provincial, city, and municipal agriculturist offices concerned with agricultural activities shall "𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙚𝙭𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙘𝙘𝙪𝙥𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝘼𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙨."
