RA Oliveros Gains Seat on the PRC CPD Council of Agriculture
Mr. Ramon A. Oliveros, a member of the PAA Board of Trustees, has officially secured representation on the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Continuing ProfessionalDevelopment (CPD) Council for Agriculture. This marks a significant step toward elevating professional standards and promoting lifelong learning within the agricultural sector.
He took his oath of office as the First Member on May 20, 2025, at the PRC office. The oath was administered by Assistant Commissioner L. Louis P. Valera and witnessed by Atty. Maria Liza M. Hernandez, Director IV of the Regulation Office. This important event marks the beginning of Mr. Oliveros's second three-year term as the First Member of the PRC CPD Council for Agriculture.
The CPD Council of Agriculture is mandated to evaluate the applications for accreditation as CPD provider, program, self-directed and/or lifelong learning activities, and other CPD related matters for registered and licensed agriculturists.
