Ceremonial Oath-taking Welcomes the Newest Breed of Licensed Agriculturists

Newly licensed agriculturists took their professional oath last December 19, 2025 during the face-to-face mass oathtaking ceremony held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City.

Led by the Professional Regulation Commission-Professional Regulatory Board of Agriculture (PRC-PRB Agri), the event marked a significant milestone for the 6,678 passers during the November 2025 Agriculturists Licensure Examination (ALE), signifying their official entry to the profession.

The ceremony brought together passers from across the country to affirm their commitment and service to the sector.

The oath-taking was the culmination of months of preparation and hard work for the highly competitive licensure examination. It also reflects broader efforts to protect the integrity of the profession under the recently passed regulatory framework as stipulated in RA 12215 or the Philippine Agriculturists Act.

The PRC-PRB Agri Chairperson Hon. Emma K. Sales, with members Hon. Eric P. Palacpac, Hon. Anabelle S. Sarabia, Hon. Anastacia G. Notarte, Hon. Maria Eden S. Piadozo, and Hon. Lilia A. Portales attended the event.

Also present was Dr. Fernando C. Sanchez, Jr., national president of the Philippine Association of Agriculturists, Inc. (PAA) who inducted the newly registered agricultists as members of the Association.

Family members, friends, and guests were invited as witnesses for this momentous occasion and in celebrating the hard-earned achievements of the passers.

From your PAA family, congratulations to the newly-inducted cohort of Registered Agriculturists and members of the Association. With the national officers and Board of Trustees, the Association welcomes the youngest breed of agriculturists in our vision towards sustainable agricultural development, food security, and national progress.

Mabuhay ang mga bagong rehistradong agrikultor!
